Believe it or not… toothpaste contains soy! There are a lot of brands that don’t but they can be hard to come by. Tom’s of Maine is a brand that has a couple of Soy free ones. Big brands like Crest and Colgate, typically contain Soy and can cause me to get blisters on my lips. Ew.
This is a new brand to me. I found it at Target and was totally attracted to the look of the display. Although I didn’t think I could use it, I begrudgingly turned the box around and read the ingredients. SAY WHAT?!?! I can use this?!?! I literally yelled that in the toothpaste isle 😂 I was so surprised that I could use something I actually wanted to try!
This gets pretty good reviews, I like the taste of it (some Soy Free toothpastes are not so great tasting) and it seems to work well!
I haven’t investigated their other products yet but it’s on my list of things to do.
