About

My name is Tricia. I’m here to share my Soy Allergy journey. My hope is to help those out there who may be struggling with a Soy allergy and/or, are new to their Soy allergy journey.

I discovered this in 2008, so it has been a decade of experiences and Let.πŸ‘πŸ»Me.πŸ‘πŸ»Tell.πŸ‘πŸ»You.πŸ‘πŸ», it has not been an easy ride! There have been many bumps along the way but thank goodness that there is more awareness out there (for the most part).

So many products and food contain hidden Soy ingredients that I didn’t realize at first. There are so many places who don’t know, when they say their product is “Soy Free”, it’s actually not. So I have gone through many trials and errors. I know how annoying it is to want something you can’t actually have because it will literally make you sick πŸ˜….

I have been to many different medical doctors for each symptom (ugh) but my Soy Allergy was discovered by a Kinesiologist (Holistic Doctor) on Long Island, NY.

All I can say is, trust what your body is telling you! I have had symptoms that ranged anywhere between; migraines, stomachaches, acne, hives, cold sores, blisters, rashes, dry skin, tightening of my throat, to always being sick and more.

Having a support system always makes everything easier, no matter what you’re dealing with! My husband is an amazing man who has changed his entire life to help me with my Soy Allergy.

This blog is about my personal experiences and are my opinions. I only hope to help others out there struggling with a Soy related allergy or even if it brings more awareness to those struggling with other types of allergies.
